10 Things I love about blogging

I personally think that every blogger has a few things that come with blogging that they just like a lot. Just a but more than the other fun stuff. Today I will share with you my favorite things about blogging.

1. Taking and editing photo’s.

I love love looovee taking and editing photo’s. I like how you can do so much with it. How a different background or a different angle can change the entire picture. I just like improving my skills every time I take pictures for my blog. Also the editing part is a favorite of mine. The only thing I do is chaning the light, that’s all, but I still like seeing the difference. How changing only one small thing can make the picture so much prettier.

2. Sharing my favorites.

Another thing I really like is sharing my favorite products. What is more fun than showing everyone the products that you enjoy using so much! It’s such a nice thing that through your blog you might be able to help people find out about a new product that might become their favorite as well!

3. Being able to communicate with people from all around the world.

One of the best things is that through my blog I get to communicate with people from all around the world. I love it when I look at my stats and I see a list of different nationalities. I like that a lot!

4. Getting in touch with people that share the same passion.

Most of my friends and people I just talk with are not that into make-up. They either don’t know or don’t care a lot about it. Through my blog I can get in touch with people that do share that same love for beauty. If I buy an amazing palette I know that when I write about it some people will actually be interested. They do care because they love beauty too. That’s such a nice thing!

5. Reading comments.

Another think I love is reading the comments you leave on my blog. Whenever I get a notification of a new comment on my blog I get so excited. I really love reading the sweet things you have to say. It’s so lovely to read!

6. Hauls.

Whenever I buy something I always get super excited (maybe a bit over excited) to show it to everyone. As I mentioned before, my friends don’t really care about make-up too much, so they will act friendly, but I know they don’t understand. But now I have a blog, I can do a haul on it and I get to share my excitement with the people that do genuinely care. That makes my life so much better!

7. Writing.

I have always loved writing. Ever since I was a young little girl I’ve enjoyed writing little stories etc. In school I loved writing essays and other papers. But the things you have to write for school are pretty lame. Because of my blog I can write about anything I want, whenver I want and how I want. I don’t have to use any kind of structure. I get to choose it all myself.

8. Growing.

Another thing that makes me so happy is seeing growth. One of the greatest happiest moments was only a little while ago. I was just relaxing and decided to check my WordPress stats. I saw that they were a lot better than ever before, and I thought it was just a mistake. After searching for a while I saw that the MUA Facebook page had mentioned me because of my Worth the hype: MUA palettes post! I loved that!

9. Finding out about other amazing blogs.

Since I started blogging I’ve found out about such a lot of amazing blogs. For example one of my faves: abeautyday (Dutch) by Teddy. I also found out about various other amazing blogs which became my absolute favorites.

10. You can blog everywhere.

The last and one of the best things is that you can blog literally everywhere. You can do it in your bed, on the couch, in a cafe, everywhere. You don’t even have you get dressed. You can just do it in your comfy outfit and it doesn’t even matter. Isn’t that the best thing ever?!
