Lost and found

A while ago I saw a video on Youtube called “Lost and found” in which a women called Mitra (Dutch) showed products she had forgotten about and rediscovered/found. I really liked that video, so I decided to do the same thing. If you’re interested in seeing which products I have lost and found, keep on reading!

The first two products are these P2 Eye Dream Eyeshadows. I was such a big fan of them, but because of the entrance of my Too Faced Chocolate Bar palette I completely forgot about it. These eyeshadows are so affordable and are absolutely great. They are definitely better than lots of high end eyeshadows. I really need to start using them again!

Next up are the Catrice Liquid Metal and the Kiko Color Sphere eyeshadows. Both of them are very pretty in their own way. They are not basic at all. They are really pretty. I used to love the crap out of that Catrice eyeshadow. How could I forget about it’s beauty. And this Kiko shadow. I just don’t know what I was thinking while I wasn’t using it. It’s pretty, everybody can see that. I should be ashamed.

That wasn’t it for the eyeshadow. Nope, I also forgot about the The Body Shop Shimmer Cubes. I was so extremely excited when I got this. I bought it about 4 years ago. It was quite a big deal at the time for me. I didn’t have a job or anything, so €22,- for eyeshadow was quite a lot.  I have never regret buying it, but I do regret not using it. I’ve started using it again recently, and I’m back in love with it.

I also forgot about two eyepencils. I remember buying this Bourjois Khol & Contour eyepencil becuase my sister told me it was amazing. It was (just like the TBS shimmer cubes) quite a big deal for me because €8 for an eyepencil isn’t what I called cheap at the time. But, it’s totally worth it. I’m still a hundred percent sure this is the best and the blackest eyepencil you’ll ever find.

This green eyepencil by Essence isn’t bad either. I got this for my birthday, and I loved it, but I didn’t really know what to do with it because of the color. I really love the Essence long lasting eyepencils, and this color is absolutely gorgeous. Especially during this time of the year. I’m glad I know what to do with it now.

Next up are two lipsticks. One is by Yves Rocher. I got this for free with my order. When I got it I didn’t use lipstick too often. Luckily I’m healed now and I now appreciate lipsticks a lot more. It’s a gorgeous color. I love it.

The other lipstick is by Dior. I bought it at the airport in Stockholm while I was on a trip with school. I still had all my Crowns because I didn’t buy anything that trip, so I decided to go for this Dior lipstick. I had only one minute until I had to go to the flight, and I couldn’t find the color I wanted so I randomly picked a color. It’s not the most easy color for a 14 year old girl (which I was at that time), so I didn’t wear it too often. Luckily I now found a way to work with it. How could I forget this beauty.

The next product is this Kiko limited edition blush. It was my first Kiko product and I was and am so happy with it. It’s absolutely gorgeous. For some kind of unknown reason, I forgot that it’s beautiful and stopped using it. I’m glad I rediscovered this, so I don’t have to live under those horrible circumstances of not knowing how beautiful this blush is anymore.

Then I have a lipbalm. It’s the Rosebud Salve in Minted Rose. I bought this when Rosebud Salve was just available in the Netherlands. It was about the time I started caring more about makeup. I haven’t been that excited as I was back than in a long time. I know it’s not normal to be so happy about lipbalms, but just let me be okay. I haven’t used it in a long time, but I’m so glad I started using it again. It’s the best lipbalm you will find, ever.

The last product is quite a recent buy. I bought it in may (I guess) while I was on a trip to Brighton with school. I bought it in the Blue Water mall, which by the way is a shopping dream. I found out there was a VS and a VS pink there, and I had to get some products. The two other products I got there I use quite often, but I completely forgot about this body mist. It smells so good, how could I ever forget about it?!

That was it. I’m extremely happy I rediscovered these products because they are absolutely amazing. I really recommend looking through your collection because you might find the most amazing products ever!
