Essence Stays No Matter What Eyepencil & Shadow

For the past couple of months I have been on the hunt for the Essence Stays No Matter What eyepencil & shadow. I saw somebody use it in a video and I fell in love. After a few months I was finally able to get my hands on two of them. Two very pretty shades which I am going to be reviewing today. If you’re interested, keep on reading!

The first pencil is called 07 Whipped White Frosting. I first of all really love the name. Besides that I think that the font they used on the packaging is amazing. They pencils both look super adorable. When it comes to this color, I’m very positive too. It’s a very pretty frosty cream color. It’s perfect for on your eyelid, your innercorners and for underneath your brows. It’s absolutely perfect.

These pencils are both eyepencils and eyeshadow. They can be used as both. Because they are partly eyeshadow, the pencils are very creamy. I love this texture. Because it’s creamy, it’s also very intense. The color pay off is amazing. I really love it!

This color has a bit of a frosty finish. It’s not my favorite finish, but I do like it. This color really lights up your entire eye area which is always a nice thing. This color is super appropriate for a quick look for school. The only thing you have to do is apply a bit of this in your innercorners and underneath your eyebrows, put on a bit of mascara and done. You’ll look a lot more awake and fresh, and it didn’t take in a lot of time at all.

The other pencil is in the color Cute Copper. It’s a very pretty coppery shade (surprise surprise). I really love shades like these. The best thing about it is that it isn’t super orangy toned. I love that a lot about it. I also love the shimmers in it. I think the finish is absolutely gorgeous.

As the name already says these pencils are made to stay on your eyelids, no matter what. I think that promise is as true as a promise can be. This baby ain’t going nowhere. When I wanted to take of the swatches using some remover, it didn’t bothered going. I had to whipe really hard to get rid of it.

The best thing about these pencils is that you can use them on their own or as a base. You could apply this before you apply your shadows in order to intensify them, or you could create a look only using this one in combination with the other pencil I showed you guys. I think that’s super amazing. That makes them perfect for travelling.

When it comes to the intensity, pigmentation and creamyness these pencils are definitely winners. They are so super creamy and intense. It’s hard to capture the shimmer and the intensity, if you want to see that you really have to go take a look at them in real life yourself, but you can trust me when I say that it’s amazing. I think these are the most intense and creamy pencils in my entire collection. I love them so much!

All together I think these pencils are absolutely amazing. It’s sad that they will be discontinued soon, but I’m glad I was able to buy them before it was too late. They are available untill mid February (I think) so if you do want them, you have to be kind of quick.
