January favorites

The first month of 2015 is already over, which means that today I’ll be showing you my monthly favroites again. I got a lot of new products for Christmas, which I ended up falling in love with, so get ready for some extremely amazing products and keep on reading!

The first favorite of the month is the Real Techniques Expert Face Brush. I heard so many good things about it, and I can tell you, the stories are true. This brush is absolutely amazing. I use it to apply my foundation and it does an extremely good job at that. I absolutely love the shape and how soft the hairs are. Yes, this brush is definitely a winner!

I don’t think this one comes as a surprise since I wrote a pretty positive review about it, but the Pixi Mesmerizing Mineral eyeshadow palette ended up on my favorites of the month list. The shades in this palette are just so me. These shadows will make your eyes look fabulous. It’s just amazing.

Next up is another product I got for Christmas. It’s the Sleek Face Form in Fair. I love this palette so much. I use it at least three times a week. I try not to use it and give my other products a chance too, but it’s hard. These powders are just gorgeous, and it’s so practical that you have everything in one little box. This might be one of the prettiest products I’ve ever seen. I secretly like it better than my MAC Dainty blush which used to be a huge fave of mine.

Next up are some lip products. The first one is the The Body Shop Born Lippy in Strawberry. I haven’t reviewed it yet, but I will soon. It’s just a really amazing lipbalm. I love that it’s so soft and smooth and that it is actually super hydrating. I think this is one of the best lipbalms I have ever tried.

Then I have the Maybelline Color Drama lip pencil in the shade Minimalist. It’s the perfect nude pink shade for everyday wear. I love that it stays on for such a long time, that it’s not sticky and that it doesn’t make my lips dry.

That wasn’t it yet for the lip products. I also have two fairly new loves in my collection. The first one is the Catrice Ultimate Shine lipstick in the shade Red Or Bad. It was on sale because it’s going to be discontinued this month, so I decided to just go for it, even though it’s not a color I would usually wear. What I like about it is that it’s a bit more sheer, which makes it a lot more wearable. I absolutely love it.

The other lipstick is by Hema. It’s their Pretty Lips “Lip gloss”. I don’t think it’s a lipgloss, but whatever. It’s the best lipstick I’ve ever used. It’s so super smooth, it’s not sticky and they come in a lot of gorgeous colors. I really want some more in my collection!

The last beauty favorite is the The Body Shop Shimmer Bauble. It’s a really pretty and special highlighter. I love the shine it gives me and the way this products looks. When I use this I really have that luxery feeling.

Next up are two more The Body Shop products. First of all the The Body Shop Glazed Apple Shimmer Lotion. This is the best body lotion I’ve ever used and smell. The smell, glazed apple, seriously is amazing. I was sceptical about it at first, but when I used it I fell in love and literally used it every single day for a week. I don’t want to run out of it since it’s a Christmas LE but I can’t help myself. It’s just so amazing.

The other product is the English Dawn White Gardenia showergel. I think it smells so good and it works just fine. I really love taking a shower with it!

The very last product is the Hema Mellow Warm and Wonderful bodylotion. I love this collection so much. The products smell so good, but this one is by far my fave. It’s the best scent ever. It’s so warm and wintery. I love this stuff!
