P2 Volume Gloss Gel Look Polish

 

Yesterday I reviewed a lipstick by P2, and today I’ll be reviewing my first nail polish by P2. As I told you guys yesterday I love P2. I had never tried one of their nail polishes, and since I was on the hunt for a color like this one I decided to try it. The nail polish comes in a square shaped bottle with a round lid. To be honest, I do like the look of it, I just don’t think it’s practical. I feel like the shape makes it look extra luxurious and high class, and it might be easier to store your nail polishes if they were all square shaped, but I just don’t feel like it’s really practical. I don’t know why, but I just feel like that.

I got the nail polish in the shade “130 Fresh Sister” which is a really pretty turquoise shade. I love colors like this, especially if they are completely free from glitter/shimmer.

The thing that made me love this polish even more is that it’s super easy to apply and it’s very covering. On the picture I’m wearing two coats which is normal. Unlike some other nail polishes this polish completely covers my nails, there is no way of looking through it. I also absolutely adore the finish. This polish is supposed to be gel look, and I feel like it really it. I love that look and everything that comes with that.

Besides that the staying power is absolutely insane. I didn’t expect that it would last super long since it’s so affordable, but P2 surprised me again. This nail polish stayed on for 5 days without chips or fading at the edges ánd on top of that it survived work (no nail polish survives work). I was so impressed by this polish that I actually wore this color again when I redid my nails.

 

Over all I think it’s more than clear that this polish is one of the best ones I have ever tried. The color is perfect, the finish is gorgeous and it lasts so long! I don’t know how P2 does it, but they always impress me with their quality. I definitely recommend this polish to you and I will add more colors to my collection for sure!
