After months and months of cold wind, rain and snow it is finally time for spring. Because the weather is going to be better and the temperatures will rise I like to use brighter and happier colors on my nails. Today I’ll be showing you guys my favorite nail polishes for the spring time. If you’re interested, keep on reading!
The first nail polish is this pastel shade by L’Oreal. They came out with their Les Blancs collection about a year ago and I can tell you, I’ve never been so excited about a nail polish collection as I was then. I bought this little beauty called Nouvelle Vague which is the most gorgeous pastel lilac shade and I still love it today. I love the look of lighter nail polishes like this one on my nails, especially during spring time.
Because I loved the previous one so much, I bought one more nail polish from the collection. This one is a really pretty yellowish cream shade. It’s called Lemon Meringue. I can’t decide which one of the two is my favorite, but I do know that both of them are very spring appropriate.
The thing that makes these L’Oreal polishes even more amazing than they already are is that they cover your entire nails within two coats of polish. That’s pretty amazing for polishes as light as these two.
Next up is this very gorgeous Kiko nail polish in the color “330 Lilac”. It’s a very pretty lilac shade that reminds me of the gorgeous flowers that start growing everywhere outside. It’s a really pretty and happy shade, but it has something to it that makes it even more amazing. This polish has a really pretty kind of gel like finish. I really love the look of that.
Next up are two Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Nail polishes. I absolutely love these as most of you probably know, but these two are my absolute favorite colors for spring. The light blue polish is called “B girl” and the creamy yellow color is called “Lemon Heaven”. I think that if I had to choose one polish that would be my ultimate spring favorite it would be Lemon Heaven. It’s such a special and pretty shade. I never though I would ever love a yellow polish as much as I love this one, but luckily I know now.
Lastly my current favorite, the P2 Volume Gloss nail polish in “130 Fresh Sister”. It’s the most gorgeous turquoise color which looks even brighter on the nails than it does on the picture. I absolutely love the finish, the staying power and the color of it. I really recommend this one if you’re looking for a turquoise or spring polish.
