Oriflame Tender Care

A while ago I won the Oriflame Tender Care. It basically is a little jar that contains a bit of product that you can put on your dry spots all over your body. I was very excited to try it out, so I did. Today it’s time for the review. If you’re interested, keep on reading!

 

The little jar comes in this really pretty little white box. The box looks very chique and luxurious, like you paid at least 50 Euro’s for it. On the inside it says  “treat yourself” in a very pretty font. I love these kinds of details a lot. They add that little extra bit of classiness. Besides that the pattern inside the box is very pretty too.

 

The jar itself isn’t bad looking either. It’s very small and brown. The lid is decorated with silver edges and the logo again. I really love the logo! The jar contains 15 ml of product. That’s not a lot at all actually, but I do feel like it’s enough.

The product is meant to be used on dry patches all over your skin, which I don’t have too many. Because of that the little jar will last you for quite some time.

 

The product itself smells like coconut. There are different versions available by the way. I’m not the biggest coconut fan and I have to admit that the smell isn’t really my cup of tea, but that doesn’t mean the product isn’t amazing.

The balm is a bit gelly and white. I expected the texture to be pretty solid, but I was wrong. When I dipped my finger in the jar for the first time I actually picked up way too much because of that. In fact the product is very soft and gelly, you only need a teeny tiny amount of product to cover for example your lips.

When it comes to moisturising I think this product does an amazing job. The Oriflame Tender Care really moisturises my skin. I prefer using it on my lips which I do every so often, and I never regret it. I love the way it feels on my lips. It’s not sticky or annoying at all, it’s just very soft and moisturising.

Overall I do like this product. I have to admit that the scent sometimes bothers me, but besides that it’s absolutely amazing. This stuff is a real lifesaver for dry skin and lips. I really love the way it works and feels. I do think it’s slightly expensive, but on the other hand I do feel like it’s worth it.
