Heng Fang Lipstick

A while ago I ordered some stuff from Ebay. One of which was a lipstick. I usually don’t use makeup from Ebay, but since this one looked so good to me I decided to give it a try. If you’re interested in reading more, keep on reading!

The Heng Fang lipstick comes in a very slim tube. The bottom part is blue with some gold detailing and the lid is see through. On one hand I think this lipstick looks really luxurious, like it could have been something really expensive, but on the other hand the logo does look a little cheap.

I bought the lipstick in the shade 75, which is a very pretty darker rosy pink color. I really love colors like that. Especially when they are very glossy and a bit sheer.

The color itself is completely free from shimmer. I really like that about it. I prefer lipsticks without glitter since glitter tends to make a lipstick look very cheap and childish on my lips. Something that surprised me was that there is quite a lot of product in the tube. The lipstick is slim, but it’s very long. I like that! Especially considering I paid less than one Euro for it!

The thing I dislike about it is that the color you see in the tube is not at all like the color you see on your lips. When I applied it, it turned into a very, VERY bright pink color. Instead of a rosy pink I got a bright fuchsia shade, which is not at all what I wanted nor expected.

You can say whatever you want about this lipstick, but it is very pigmented. There is no way of denying that. The sad thing is that the color is not what I expected and wanted it to be, so I’m pretty sure I won’t be wearing it too often. I’m also not sure whether I like the texture or not. It’s not super dry, but I would have liked it to be a bit more creamy.

Over all I have mixed feeling about this lipstick. The pigmentation is amazing and the texture isn’t too bad, but I’m just not happy with the color. It’s just not similar to the color you see in the tube.
