Best Of Beauty

Throughout my life I’ve tried many different products. Some of them were good, some of them were not and others were a bit in between. Today I’m going to show you guys which products I think are amazing. Products I think everyone should try and products I think everyone could love. Let’s start off with my number one favorite eyeshadow palette (at the moment), the Kiko Daring Game Queen Of Hearts palette. I’ve mentioned this before, but these eyeshadows are so super intense. I really love the way they look on the eyes. I’m actually wearing them today! I feel like this palette never fails on me. I do think that if you’re not that into eyeshadow, these might be a bit too intense for you. But if you’re a real eyeshadow junkie like me, this palette is perfection. Besides the intensity, the color selection is amazing as well. I really love all four colors!

Another product I really like is the Maxfactor CC Cream. I’ve been using it for over a year now, this is already my third tube. It has always been pretty difficult for me to find a foundation that matches my skin tone, but that search was finally over after I discovered this foundation. The coverage is perfect, it smells really good and I really like the finish.

Next up are a few of my favorite blushes. The first one is the Maxfactor Creme Puff Blush. I think most of you guys have heard of this blush more than enough times by now because it’s a pretty popular, so I won’t spend much time/words on it, but it’s just really pretty. It makes your cheeks look really healthy and flushed. I love that!

Another one I love is by P2, my favorite budget beauty brand ever. It’s a really pretty basic coral colored blush that looks good with every look I’ve ever created. It looks natural but still special. It’s one of the few coral colors I have in my collection, but it’s the only one I need really, because it’s that amazing.

The last two blushes I want to show you guys are by Alverde. Alverde is an amazing natural budget beauty brand which I always buy when I go to the drugstore in Germany. I only have two of their blushes, so I can’t say a lot about the brand as a whole, but I do love their blushes. Both are really pretty in their own way. The bigger one has a really pretty pattern and a gorgeous glow, and the plum color looks absolutely amazing, even on pale skin.

Next up are the highlighters. I don’t have a lot of highlighters in my collection yet, but the ones I do have are absolutely gorgeous. My first favorite are the The Body Shop Shimmer Pearls. These are from the Christmas LE, but they have similar ones in their normal collection. I used to think shimmer pearls like these were not too special, but I was so wrong. I absolutely love them. The glow they add to my skin is gorgeous and the product itself looks very pretty and luxurious. I highly recommend trying some sort of shimmer pearls, you won’t regret it!

My other all time favorite highlighter is by MAC. It’s one of their Mineralized Skin Finishes in the color Blonde. I bought this a long time ago, when they were still €27,50 (now €29,50) and I never regretted it. It’s a lot of money for a makeup product, especially when you’re only 14 years old and you don’t even have a job, but it was totally worth it.

Next up are two more eyeshadows. I use creamy eyeshadows every single day underneath my eyeshadow. If I don’t the colors just won’t show up and the eyeshadow won’t last. My two favorite creamy eyeshadows to use are the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Pink Gold (and On and On Bronze) and the P2 Forever Intense eyeshadow cream. They are both very different texture wise, but they are both amazing.

The Maybelline Color Tattoo has a pretty thick, hard and sticky texture, which makes sure it will stay no matter what. The P2 Forever Intense Eyeshadow Cream however has a very soft and creamy texture. You’d think that it would crease in no time, but the name is actually true. If I use this cream shadow, my eyeshadow will go no where. It will stay the entire day, even if it’s a long, sweaty or rainy day.

Next up are lip products. I used to never wear lip products, but now I wear them every single day. It’s funny how things like that can change so fast. My favorite type of lip products are tinted lipblams/ creamy moisturising lipsticks. When it comes to that category, the Maxfactor Intensifying Color Balm is definitely the best. I have it in the shade Daring Coral which is the most gorgeous coral color ever and I love wearing this. It looks good with a lot of different colors and it makes my skin look super healthy and awake.

Two other favorites are the Essence Like An Unforgettable Kiss lipsticks. I found these in one of those sale baskets in the drugstore since these are from an old LE and I couldn’t be more happy. They were only €1 each and they are absolutely amazing. The texture is really nice and creamy and they feel just like lipbalm on the lips.

Next up is one of the best lipsticks I own, the Bourjois Shine Edition Lipstick. I’m so glad I decided to buy this one. It’s a very pretty shiny lipstick that feels just like a lipbalm on the lips, but it’s still really pigmented. I feel like this is one of the most gorgeous and most comfortable lipsticks out there. I highly recommend giving this one a go if you want to try lipstick, but you don’t like the feeling!

The last product for today is the Yves Rocher Radiant Lip Crayon. I absolutely love lip crayons, but especially this one. It’s super moisturising, but it’s also super pigmented and bright. It’s a little brighter than the colors I would normally wear, but I absolutely adore it!
