Best of Body Care

A few days ago I posted an article about my favorite beauty products called “Best of Beauty”. Today I decided to do the same thing, but instead of showing you guys the best beauty products, I’m going to show you guys the best of body care products. This included body lotion, butter, scrub and shower gel. If you’re interested in finding out which products I really enjoy using, keep on reading!

Let’s start off with two of my favorite body products ever. The first one is the Balea body lotion in the scent White Passion. I bought this in May this year because I already had the shower gel quite a while and I loved that one. It is a limited edition scent, but it has been in stores for ages already, so it might still be there. The scent is definitely the reason why I love this product so much. It’s a very nice and warm scent, which I really like. Besides that I also really like the texture and the fact that it’s super quickly absorbed into the skin.

Another one of my favorites is the Garnier Intensive 7 Days body lotion in Mango. I bought this one ages ago when they were just launched and after a while I just stopped using it. About two months ago when I decided to use it again I fell in love. It’s incredible how many times I’ve used it in such a small amount of time considering that I normally never use the same body product two days in a row. The reason why I love it so much is because it’s the lotion is really thin and is really easy to blend in, but it’s super, super moisturising. Besides that I’m also a big mango lover so I basically adore the scent of this body lotion.

Next up is the Hema Foaming Shower Gel in the scent Mellow Warm and Wonderful. I have the normal shower gel version of it as well, as well as the body lotion and I love all three of them. This one is my favorite because I just really like using shower foams because of the consistency. The main reason why I love this product is the scent. The scent is again really warm and it puts me in a nice and calm mood which is perfect for me as a night shower-er.

Then I have the The Body Shop Frosted Cranberry Body Polish. I don’t really like scrubbing my body because I feel like it takes too much time, but this body polish has changed that. The nice thing about it is that it’s basically a shower gel and a scrub in one. The particles aren’t as rough as normal scrub particles are, which I like and it’s super easy to use because it comes in a tube.

Next up is the Rituals Magic Touch Whipped Body Cream. This is already my second jar and that means a lot. I’ve never finished a body butter in my life and the chances of me repurchasing it are even more rare than finishing one. I just really love how special this scent is and how nice the texture is. It’s not a real body butter, but a whipped body cream as Rituals calls it. I’ve never really seen anything like this texture wise. It’s soft and creamy, but also very light and rich (I know that’s a special combination, but it’s true) while still being super moisturising.

The best thing about this body product is that it makes me feel very pampered, if that makes any sense. It really gives you that luxurious feeling because of the rich texture and the scent. The scent also lasts pretty long, so when you wake up there is still a bit of luxury left.

Lastly I have two The Body Shop body butters. I love body butters by TBS a lot. My favorite ones are the Almond one and the Mango one. The Almond body butter smells really unique. It’s a very warm and cosy, like a lot of my favorite body products. The texture is also perfect, it’s not super hard like the shea version, but it’s also not as creamy as the Rituals body cream.  I really like that.

The Mango body butter however is very thin and creamy. It’s almost like a thick body lotion. It’s super easy to blend into the skin and it’s super, super moisturising. I think this is the most moisturising product I have in my entire body care collection. I love using this a lot!
