Neutrogena Visibly Clear Delicate & Matte Skin Exfoliating Peeling

For years I’ve been using the Nivea Clean Deeper Face Wash with scrub particles to exfoliate my skin in the shower. But I got kind of bored of it and I wanted to try something new. Therefore I decided to buy the Neutrogena Visibly Clear Delicate & Matte Skin Exfoliating Peeling. I’ve heard so many good things about Neutrogena products but because it’s not that easy to get your hands on where I live I never got the opportunity to try some of their products. In Germany I came across this one and decided I wanted to try it. Today I’m going to be reviewing it for you guys. If you’re interested, keep on reading!

The Neutrogena Peeling comes in a big clear tube with green detailing. I really like the over all look of it, as well as the fact that you can look through the bottom part of the tube. That way you know when you’re almost out of product, which is in my opinion a pretty important thing to know. The tube contains 150 ml of product, which is a normal amount, but I expected more just because it looks like it’s a pretty big tube.

On the back of the tube Neutrogena promises that this peeling will refine your pores as well as mattify your skin. That sounds really amazing to me, especially because that’s basically all I’m looking for in a peeling/face wash/face scrub.

The thing I like about this peeling is the texture of the product. The product is pretty creamy and has teeny tiny scrub particles in it. It’s not as harsh as some other scrubs/peelings but it does an amazing job at scrubbing your skin because there are lots of those tiny particles. Because of those teeny tiny particles your skin will be left feeling extremely soft after using it. It literally feels like you’re touching a baby’s cheek. That’s soft and smooth. I love, love, love that about it!

Besides that it also does a great job at reducing the amount of blackheads on my nose. I struggled with that quite a lot, but ever since I started using this I’ve never struggled with that problem again. When it comes to providing and reducing pimples I’m again very positive. I haven’t had any pimples since I’ve started using it and the one I did have before I got this is almost completely gone now.

The last thing I want to discuss is the mattifying part. And again I can’t say anything other than that I’m impressed. Because of this product I won’t get as oily as quickly as I would when I don’t use this product. Even though the mattifying part isn’t super important because I shower at night time and I don’t really care about oily skin when I’m asleep, I still think it’s great. When I wake up my skin isn’t as oily and I honestly feel like throughout the day my skin isn’t as oily as it used to be.

Over all I can’t be anything else than positive. I really love this peeling. I love that the scrub particles are super small, I love the way my skin feels after using it and I love all things it does to my skin. I really feel like this product actually helps improving the quality of my skin. And I’m really impressed by that!

The Neutrogena Visibly Clear Peeling is available at stores like Dm Drogerie, Rossmann and Boots for €3,95.

That was it for today! I hope you enjoyed reading today’s review and let me know if you’ve ever tried a Neutrogena skin care product!

  1. Ik ken dit merk en product niet. Leuk om te lezen dat je er zo enthousiast over bent. Ik ben zelf altijd voorzichtig met scrubdeeltjes in face wash, bang dat het mijn huid beschadigd ook al is het niet zo.
