The DM Drogerie is one of my favorite German drugstores, but it obviously isn’t the only one in Germany. A few weeks ago when I went to Germany I decided to discover some other German drugstores as well. One of the drugstores I discovered is called Rossmann. One of the things I ended up buying there was a shower gel from their own exclusive brand Isana. It smelled really good and I was excited to find out whether or not the quality was good as well. Today I’ll be reviewing it. If you’re interested in finding out more about it, keep on reading!
The shower gel comes in a pretty exciting looking bottle. I do have to mention that this one is limited edition and that that’s the reason why this one looks so exciting. The ones from the normal collection were a little more basic. I do really like the packaging. It looks really happy and colorful. The bottle contains 300 ml of product which is more than enough.
On the front it says that this shower gel has raspberry extract in it and smells fruity. A great combination in my opinion. Normally I’m not that into raspberry at all, I really dislike the scent of raspberries, but because it’s not just raspberry but a mix between all kinds of fruity scents I do really like it. Besides that I think that fruity scents are always perfect. They are amazing for those sweaty days when you just want to feel refreshed or for those days when you just need that extra little bit of fruitiness and happiness in your life.
On the back you’ll find a piece of text explaining what this product will do for your skin. Because most of you will probably not be able to read what it says from the picture for various reason I’ll translate if for you guys. It says the following:
“Isana Spring shower provides optimum care for soft skin. The shower gel cleanses really gently and pampers your skin at the same time. The Softcare-Complex helps to maintain the moisture balance of the skin and protects your skin from drying out. The fresh and fruity scent of raspberry and lemon grass stimulates the senses and awakens the spring fever”.
When it comes to moisturising your skin I completely agree with what Isana claims. This shower gel doesn’t make my skin feel dry whatsoever. It cleanses in a very gentle way and leaves your skin smelling amazing. I absolutely love the scent. The entire spring fever thing they claim is a bit exaggerated, but it’s nice they tried.
But over all I do love using this shower gel. I used it pretty frequently and it never lets me down. It leaves you feeling really refreshed and clean. I do like that it’s not a super awakening fresh scent so it’s also perfect for people who shower at night time like me. I absolutely love it!
The Isana Spring Shower Shower Gel is available at Rossmann for €0,89.
That was it for today! I hope you enjoyed reading today’s review and let me know if you’ve ever been to Rossmann!
